党的十六届四中全会通过的《中共中央关于加强党的执政能力建设的决定》,是加强党的执政能力建设的纲领性文献。《决定》的贯彻实施,必将对全面提高党的领导水平和执政水平、全面推进党的建设新的伟大工程、全面开创中国特色社会主义事业新局面,发挥重要作用。作为档案工作者来说,应该清醒深刻地认识加强党的执政能力建设的紧迫性、必要性和重大意义,切实努力,进一步做好新形势下的档案工作,为加强党的执政能力建设提供优质高效的服务,这是我们义不容辞的职责和使命。
The “Decision of the CPC Central Committee on Strengthening the Building of the Party’s Ability to Govern” adopted by the Fourth Plenary Session of the 16th CPC Central Committee is a programmatic document for strengthening the building of the party’s ability to govern.
