介绍了烷基水杨酸盐系列产品(低碱值水杨酸钙、高碱值水杨酸钙和镁盐)的合成工艺过程,考察并讨论了不同工艺方法如加料顺序、助促进剂的使用以及甲醇、水、二氧化碳速率等因素对产品质量的影响,推荐了较佳的工艺路线,并在中型及工业装置上得到验证。典型产品的胶态碳酸盐粒子的冷冻蚀刻电镜照片显示出其胶体粒子较均匀,且粒径小于20nm,这不仅保证了碱性清净剂的胶体稳定性,而且保证了其使用性能的发挥。产品的实验室模拟评定及台架评定结果显示出烷基水杨酸盐系列产品不仅具有较优的高温清净性,而且还兼有一定的抗氧抗腐、抗磨及防锈能力,可广泛应用于各级内燃机油中。
