本刊讯教育部主办的全国城市中小学建筑设计方案竞赛,共收到295个方案。1984年底,在南京进行了评选。西安冶金建筑学院田策设计的南方18班小学荣获一等奖,还评出二等奖5个、三等奖20个,佳作奖36个。选登的是一等奖。参加竞赛的方案来自26个省、市、自治区。作者有大专院校和中专的师生,设计单位和基建管理部门的技术人员。许多青年设计人员还寄来了热情洋溢的信件。他们说,
The Journal of Education and the Ministry of Education sponsored the National Urban Primary and Secondary School Architectural Design Competition and received a total of 295 projects. At the end of 1984, it was selected in Nanjing. The 18 South Elementary Schools designed by Tian Cen of Xi’an Institute of Metallurgical Architecture won the first prize, 5 second prizes, 20 third prizes, and 36 best prizes. The first prize was selected. The programs to participate in the competition come from 26 provinces, cities and autonomous regions. The authors include teachers, students, design institutes and technical personnel of infrastructure management departments in tertiary institutions and technical secondary schools.
