本研究针对2008年5月至8月苏州、吴江、南京(某区)三个不同类型城市所展开的“善治政府绩效评估指标体系”与“指标权重设立”的问卷调查分析,发现三个城市的科级公务员反馈的某些评价指标权重建议值与当地政府实际行为有较高关联,一些权重值偏高且集中,三城市指标权重之间亦有差异,结合访谈印证,可从较高的权重项中看出各市政府管理的弱项及未来应整改的绩效目标。
In this study, a questionnaire survey of “good government performance evaluation index system ” and “index weight establishment ” launched in three different types of cities from May to August in 2008 in Suzhou, Wujiang and Nanjing (a district) It is found that some recommended weight values of evaluation index feedbacked by the civil servants in the three cities are highly correlated with the actual behavior of the local government. Some weights are high and concentrated, and there are differences between the weights of the indicators in the three cities. Combined with interviews and confirmations, From the higher weight items, we can see the weakness of municipal government management and the performance target of rectification and reform in the future.
