目的:优化芎柰温敏凝胶剂的制备工艺。方法:以泊洛沙姆407用量、泊洛沙姆188用量、透皮促进剂用量、冷溶温度为考察变量,以胶凝温度、黏度、12 h累积透皮通量为考察指标,采用星点设计-效应面结合Z-评分法确定优选制备工艺条件,并进行预测分析。结果:芎柰温敏凝胶剂的最优制备为:泊洛沙姆407用量18.04%,泊洛沙姆188用量0.57%,氮酮-薄荷油(1∶1)用量比例为1.25%,冷溶温度4℃。结论:芎柰温敏凝胶剂制备工艺简便,稳定性好,相变时间短。
OBJECTIVE: To optimize the preparation process of Xiong Jiao temperature sensitive gel. Methods: Poloxamer 407, poloxamer 188, transdermal enhancer and cold solution temperature were used as the investigation variables. The gelation temperature, viscosity and cumulative 12 h cumulative transdermal flux Point design - effect surface combined with Z-score method to determine the preferred preparation conditions, and predict the analysis. Results: The optimal preparation of Chuanxiong thermosensitive gel was as follows: poloxamer 407 18.04%, poloxamer 188 0.57%, azone - peppermint oil 1: 1 ratio 1.25%, cold solution temperature 4 ° C. Conclusion: The preparation process of Xiong Geng temperature-sensitive gel is simple, the stability is good, and the phase transition time is short.
