So far the discussion of nano-ethics has remained at the level of descriptive, empirical, or presumed, conceptual issues. Whether it is about the reality or the future discussion of the issue, proceed from the consequences and proceed from the possibility. Its fatal weakness is that, on the one hand, it bears the utilitarian interest trade-off; on the other hand, it is unavoidable to go to the utopian or hostile illusion due to its speculative result. Nano-ethics can be based on the possibility, but the important thing is not to ethically evaluate the possible consequences of nanotechnology, but how to construct a viable ethical framework to lead the development of nanotechnology to the direction we can accept and need. For this reason, we are required to abandon the research method of causal reductionism and return to the living world, fully consider the needs, expectations and will of the technical audience and ethical norms of the society, and incorporate the acceptability of the subject into the object of reflection. The development of nanotechnology from any possibility to the appropriate feasibility.
