随着世界金融危机的发生,学生就业出现了许多新的问题和特点,对毕业生自身成长、家庭和谐乃至社会稳定都产生了各种不同的影响。为做好新形势下就业工作,中职学校应当科学地看待当前形势,开拓思路,做好就业服务和就业指导,引导学生树立正确的就业观念,提升就业能力,将金融危机造成的不利影响降至最低,为地区经济和社会发展做出应有的贡献。
