近十多年来,很多教育工作者在解读2000年教育部下发的《关于在中小学普及信息技术教育的通知》和《中小学信息技术课程指导纲要(试行)》时比较认同中小学信息技术教育包括两个层面的含义:一是中小学信息技术教育课程,二是信息技术课程与其他课程的整合,同时产生了这方面大量的论述。根据笔者多年来的实践,认为这种理解是不恰当的。这种理解夸大了信息技术教育的功能,给实际的教育教学工作带来了困惑,很多教育工作者存在诸多疑问而不得解答,其中不乏信息技术教育教师。
In the past decade or so, many educators have been more aware of the importance of information technology in primary and secondary schools when they read the “Notice on Popularizing Information Technology Education in Primary and Secondary Schools” and the “Guidance Outline for Information Technology Curriculum for Primary and Secondary Schools (Trial)” issued by the Ministry of Education in 2000. Education includes two levels of meaning: one is the information technology education curriculum in primary and secondary schools, and the other is the integration of information technology curriculum with other courses. At the same time, a great deal of discourse has been produced in this respect. According to the author’s practice over the years, this understanding is not appropriate. This understanding has exaggerated the function of information technology education, which has brought confusion to the actual education and teaching work. Many educators have many questions but can not answer them. Many of them are teachers of information technology education.
