在阐述校友概念及校友资源重要性的基础上,分析目前校友信息化建设工作的现状:起步晚,缺乏系统管理,杰出校友挖掘度不够,忽视对年轻校友的持续关注和扶持,普遍缺乏校友资源管理系统规划。提出高职院校友信息化建设的未来思路:建立校友工作组织机构;建立网络信息化系统平台;建立校友档案基础数据库;运用现代化手段,打造信息化、人文化、系统化的校友服务体系。
Based on the concept of alumni and the importance of alumni resources, this paper analyzes the current status of alumni construction: late start, lack of system management, inadequate digging of outstanding alumni, neglect of continuous concern and support for young alumni, lack of alumni resources Management System Planning. The paper puts forward the future train of thought for the construction of alumni information in higher vocational colleges: establishing alumni organization; setting up a network information system platform; establishing alumni file base database; and using modern means to build information, culture and systematic alumni service system.
