1983年7月,我们参加国家经委能源局、国家物资总局的节能工作调研组,对辽宁、黑龙江两省铸铁锅炉的现状和更新改造情况进行丁调研,接触到了许多有关节能政策方面的问题。现仅就铸铁锅炉的更新改造问题提出一些看法,供参考。
In July 1983, we participated in the Energy Conservation Working Group of the Energy Bureau of the State Economic Commission and the State Administration of Supply Chain to conduct a survey on the status quo and the renovation of the cast iron boilers in Liaoning and Heilongjiang provinces. Many problems related to energy conservation policies have been exposed. Now only on the renovation of cast iron boilers put forward some views for reference.
