企业员工绩效评估是一类包含多指标多属性,且各项指标存在不确定性和相关性等问题的综合评价体系。为准确构造这一体系,本文首先采用KPI(关键绩效指标法)确定评价指标体系,对定量指标值进行标准化处理,对定性指标采用语意变量描述、梯形模糊与解模糊运算进行量化处理。以改进的模糊积分评价方法为基础,提出衡量指标相关性的模糊测度原则,对先验信息进行修正,构造各个评价层面上的模糊积分模型,最终得到员工的综合评价值排名。
Employee performance appraisal is a kind of comprehensive evaluation system that contains many attributes and multiple attributes, and the indicators have uncertainties and correlations. In order to accurately construct this system, this paper first uses the KPI (Key Performance Indicator) method to determine the evaluation index system, standardizes the quantitative index values, quantifies qualitative indicators using semantic variables description, trapezoidal fuzzy and fuzzy operation. Based on the improved fuzzy integral evaluation method, the fuzzy measure principle of measuring the relativity of the index is put forward. The prior information is modified and the fuzzy integral model of each evaluation level is constructed. Finally, the employee comprehensive evaluation value ranking is obtained.
