商事登记法律制度是一个国家重要的商事法律制度之一。商事登记,也称商业登记,是指商事主体或商业主体的筹办人,为了设立、变更或终止商事主体资格,依照法律的规定,将登记事项向登记机关提出,并经登记机关核准的法律行为。在越南,商事登记是指为了保护交易安全,按照法定程序,把与交易相关的商主体的有关重要事项进行公示的登记制度。
The legal system of commercial registration is one of the most important commercial legal systems in our country. Commercial registration, also known as commercial registration, refers to the organizer of a commercial entity or business entity. In order to establish, change or terminate the qualification of a commercial entity, the registration of the registration matter with the registration authority and legal acts approved by the registration authority shall be conducted in accordance with the law . In Vietnam, the registration of a commercial register refers to the registration system for publicizing the important issues concerning the business-related entities involved in the transaction in accordance with legal procedures in order to protect the transaction security.
