在过去的一年中,席卷全球的经济危机再加上瞬息万变的市场、社会和政治情况,导致商业环境发生了翻天覆地的变化。这使世界各地的企业都面临着一系列前所未有的挑战,并迫使他们在业务和员工方面做出艰难的决策。新的商业环境引发了多种不同的人力资本挑战,并且每一项挑战都与现状相去甚远。在这个已发生巨变、甚至可能是永远改变了的环境中,各公司在为了追求企业目标而思考企业已有的人才、需要的人才、以及如何挽留和奖励人才时,必须重新拟定相应的基准。为此,在2010年的企业规划中,人力资本规划应处于前沿、核心的地位。
In the past year, the global economic crisis, coupled with rapidly changing market, social and political conditions, has brought about a drastic change in the business environment. This puts businesses around the world in unprecedented numbers and challenges them to make tough decisions about business and people. The new business environment has created a number of different human capital challenges and each one has a far cry from the status quo. In an environment that has changed dramatically, perhaps even forever, companies must rediscover the benchmarks when thinking about the talent they already have, the people they need, and how to retain and reward them in pursuit of business goals. To this end, in the 2010 business plan, human capital planning should be at the forefront, the core position.
