“中国民间文化抢救与保护”问题 ,应该是当代文化发展中的一件大事。这不仅仅是对一个民族的历史和文化的尊重 ,而且与我们的国家文化安全及其战略选择息息相关。世界各民族之所以把文化作为自己的基本标志 ,更重要的是因为文化有着独特的凝聚力、辐射力、整合力和调适力等不可替代的作用。作为民族文化底色的民间文化 ,其意义和价值更为明显 ,所以 ,联合国教科文组织多次强调抢救和保护民间文化遗产 ,而且采取了多种措施———我国的昆曲被列为保护对象就是一个明证。民间文化是一个民族的精神具象 ,包含着一个民族不可替代的情感 ,尤其是其中所蕴涵的记忆 ,与历史上许多重大事件形成极其密切的联系。古人曾讲 ,欲灭其国 ,先毁其史 ,就是这个道理。河南大学是一所有近百年历史的高校 ,在现代民间文艺学理论体系的建设和发展中涌现出董作宾、郭绍虞、江绍原、高亨、姜亮夫、丁乃通、张邃青、朱芳圃、孙作云、张振犁和康保成、廖奔等一批民俗学家。今天 ,《河南大学学报》大幅版面展开此组笔谈 ,是对全国范围内抢救和保护民间文化遗产活动的响应和支持 ,我们表示感谢 ,同时 ,也向应约赐稿的冯骥才、刘锡诚、叶春生、白庚胜诸先生致以敬礼。
The issue of “rescue and protection of Chinese folk culture” should be a major event in the development of contemporary culture. As the cultural background of folk culture, its significance and value of the more obvious, therefore, UNESCO has repeatedly stressed the rescue and protection of folk cultural heritage, but also taken a variety of measures - China’s Kun is listed as the object of protection Is a proof. Folk culture is the spiritual concrete image of a nation, embodying the irreplaceable emotion of a nation, especially its implication, and forming an extremely close connection with many major events in history. The ancients once said that they want to destroy their country and destroy their history first. That is the reason. Henan University is a nearly 100-year-old university. In the construction and development of the theoretical system of modern folklore, Dong Zuobin, Guo Shaoyu, Jiang Shaoyuan, Gao Heng, Jiang Liangfu, Ding Naitong, Zhang Suqing, Zhu Fangpu, Sun Zuoyun, Liao Ben and a number of folklorists.
