大学生的就业问题是我国就业问题中的核心,高校培养的人才和社会需求不一致,使得大学生成为就业人群中的弱势群体,因此,培养、提升大学生就业、创业能力以及职业规划能力成为高校的重要任务。同时,具有培养大学生就业及创业能力的师资队伍也需要不断壮大,许多教师仅停留在传统的课堂传授理论知识的层面,自身缺乏实践能力,因此也就不奇怪为什么毕业大学生能力与社会需求脱节,在提升大学生就业及创业能力的同时,应当加强师资队伍的建设。通过此次对广播电视编导专业进行教学改革,更加深入地发现了目前本专业教学中存在的一些亟待解决的问题,总结了一些普通二本院校转型的宝贵经验。
The employment of college students is the core of the employment problem in our country. The inconsistency between the talents cultivated by universities and the needs of the society makes college students become the disadvantaged among the employed people. Therefore, it is an important task for colleges and universities to train and enhance their employment, entrepreneurship and career planning ability . At the same time, there is also a growing number of faculty members that need to cultivate college students’ employability and entrepreneurship. Many teachers only stay in the traditional classrooms to impart theoretical knowledge and lack of practical ability. Therefore, it is not surprising why graduating college students are out of touch with social needs. While enhancing the employment and entrepreneurship ability of university students, we should strengthen the construction of the teaching staff. Through this teaching reform of radio and television director specialty, we have found out some problems that are urgently needed to be solved in this specialty and further summarized the valuable experience of transformation of some ordinary colleges and universities.
