对1984～1991年间收治的90例EFE病例进行回顾性分析,提出仅靠临床表现早期易造成误诊和漏诊,提出凡婴幼儿反言于上感后发生心衰,心脏扩大而无杂音,二维超声心动图具有心腔扩大、心内膜增厚,回声增强等改变者,可作为EFE临床诊断线索。
A retrospective analysis of 90 cases of EFE admitted between 1984 and 1991 suggested that misdiagnosis and misdiagnosis could be easily caused only early in clinical manifestation. Echocardiography with cardiac enlargement, endocardial thickening, echo enhancement and other changes, can be used as clinical clues EFE.
