北京协和医院妇产科联合全国多中心开展迄今世界范围内最大样本量的胎盘部位滋养细胞肿瘤(placental-site trophoblastic tumor,PSTT)诊治规范化研究,积累的PSTT临床病例达108例。研究结果表明,协和创建的PSTT患者“手术联合化疗综合诊疗方案”使晚期患者完全缓解率由30%提升至87.5%;在此基础上对17例PSTT患者进行了保留生育功能的探索治疗,其中已经有8例成功妊娠,且无一例复发。
Beijing Union Medical College Hospital and the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology in conjunction with the national multi-center to carry out the world’s largest standardized sample placental-site trophoblastic tumor (placental-site trophoblastic tumor, PSTT) diagnosis and treatment of research, the cumulative PSTT clinical cases reached 108 cases. The results showed that the patients with PSTT and the “Combined Surgery and Chemotherapy Program” created by Concord improved the complete remission rate of patients with advanced stage from 30% to 87.5%. On the basis of this, 17 cases of PSTT patients were treated with procreation and fertility preservation , Of which there have been 8 cases of successful pregnancy, and no case of recurrence.
