依据协同学原理,提出了水库多目标运行控制的方法,该方法能够综合考虑水资源利用过程中相互冲突的供水、防洪、发电等目标.应用序参量构建了描述水资源子系统协调程度的有序度模型,并结合信息熵原理,建立了有序度熵,作为判定系统是否向协调有序方向演化的根据.对水库运行方式进行调控时,首先用模拟的方法获得初始方案,然后根据有序度和有序度熵对初始方案进行调控.应用该方法对黄河流域水库群的调控进行了研究.
