通过正交试验及回归分析法 ,研究了浇注温度、试块模数、金属填料与铬铁粉比例等工艺因素对铸渗合金层的影响。建立了各工艺因素对铸渗合金层影响的数学模型。并且对数学模型进行了验证性试验。
Through orthogonal test and regression analysis, the effect of pouring temperature, modulus of test block, ratio of metal filler and ferrochrome powder on the infiltration alloy layer was studied. A mathematical model of the influence of various process factors on the infiltration alloy layer was established. And the mathematical model of a confirmatory test.
