随着全球经济和日企的发展,如何培养出符合需要的复合型人才,成为高职日语教学的主要任务。本文分析日企人才需求和培养的特点,为高职日语教学提出一些建议。
With the global economy and the development of Japanese enterprises, how to cultivate compound talents who meet the needs has become the main task of Japanese teaching in higher vocational education. This paper analyzes the characteristics of Japanese enterprises’ talent demand and training, and puts forward some suggestions for Japanese teaching in higher vocational education.
