以核心素养为主要特征的课程改革对教师提出了新的要求。思想政治教师应该主动面对时代要求,在理念上实现更新,正确认识变化、敢于面对变化和积极适应变化,在行动上立足发现,从守成、整合和调整的维度进行适应学科核心素养培育的教法探索。同时,还必须关注学科核心素养的研究进展,通过对实现方式的探索,主动参与课改过程,实现专业成长,以完成培育学生思想政治学科核心素养的任务。
