随着经济发展的全球化、一体化进一步加剧,知识、技术、产品、产业的更新与升级不断加快,企业的生存环境越来越复杂,面临的竞争也日趋激烈。时下,由金融危机引发的经济危机呈现越演越烈之势,企业发展面临严峻的挑战,处在由劳动密集型向技术密集型转变的煤炭企业其生存与发展前景更是不容乐观。如何才能摆脱巨大的生存和竞争压力,走上平稳快速发展的康庄大道,成为煤炭企业亟需解决的问题。或许创建学习型组织能为我们点亮了一盏引路明灯。
