根据河南省统计年鉴和调查数据,建立改进的C-D生产函数模型和动态存储模型预测河南省建筑业劳动力市场的供需数量。结果显示:未来十年河南省建筑业劳动力市场将呈供过于求的现象,但供给数量逐年减少。中方案下需求数量不断减少并趋于稳定,到2025年建筑业劳动力市场的供需数量相差约24万人。
According to the Statistical Yearbook of Henan Province and the survey data, an improved C-D production function model and a dynamic storage model are established to predict the supply and demand of construction labor market in Henan Province. The result shows that the labor market in construction industry in Henan Province will be over-supplied in the next ten years, but the supply will decrease year by year. The number of requirements under the program has been declining and stabilizing, with a difference of about 240,000 between the supply and demand in the construction labor market by 2025.
