【目的】利用“实践8号”返回式育种卫星搭载海岛棉B-3029种子,通过太空综合环境因素诱发种子的基因变异,创制新的海岛棉种质资源。【方法】经过在田间对材料的生物学性状和农艺性状观察研究,结合棉纤维品质检测,筛选高产、优质、抗病的新品系。【结果】获得5个海岛棉新品系3702、3706、3710、3715和3721,同时获得10余份衣分大于35%,铃重大于3.5 g,纤维长度大于38 mm,断裂比强度大于50 c N/tex的新种质材料。【结论】空间诱变育种可以较大程度提高育种效率。
【Objective】 The objective of this study was to create a new island cotton germplasm resource by using the “Breeding 8” back-breeding breeder to carry island cotton B-3029 seeds, and to induce genetic variation of seeds through comprehensive environmental factors in space. 【Method】 Through the observation of the biological and agronomic traits of the materials in the field, the new strain of high yield, high quality and disease resistance was screened with cotton fiber quality testing. 【Result】 Five new island cotton lines, 3702, 3706, 3710, 3715 and 3721, were obtained. At the same time more than 10 garments were obtained with more than 35% boll weight, 3.5 g boll weight, more than 38 mm fiber length and more than 50 cN / tex new germplasm material. 【Conclusion】 Spatial mutagenesis breeding can greatly improve the breeding efficiency.
