以芦丁为对照品,确定了以70%乙醇为溶剂为柽柳植物中总黄酮的最佳提取条件,在此条件下总黄酮的得率为1.96%。
Taking rutin as a reference substance, it was determined that 70% ethanol was the best extraction condition for total flavonoids in Tamarix plant. Under this condition, the yield of total flavonoids was 1.96%.
