Since 2000, Huichang County Traffic Police Brigade and Agricultural Machinery Department of Jiangxi Province have broken through the industry boundary and sincerely cooperate with each other to organize joint law enforcement, business agency and remediation of traffic order in urban and rural areas. Five “obvious” effects have been achieved: 1. Law enforcement strength has been significantly enhanced. Traffic police give full play to the police attributes, agricultural machinery sector give full play to the advantages of the network to form a concerted effort. 2, law enforcement efforts increased significantly.
