目的为了研究进口水产品中单增李斯特菌毒力基因的分布情况。方法以来自宁波口岸进口水产品中的66株单增李斯特菌为研究对象,利用PCR技术对单增李斯特菌的9个毒力基因(prfA、iap、actA、plcB、plcA、mpl、inlB、Hly、inlA)进行检测。结果 66株单增李斯特菌中16株出现了基因缺失,其余50株具有全部毒力基因,其中prfA基因检出率84.8%(56/66),iap基因检出率93.9%(62/66),mpl基因检出率95.5%(63/66),inlB基因检出率98.5%(65/66),inlA基因检出率98.5%(65/66)。结论进口水产品中单增李斯特菌几乎都具有这9种毒力基因,对食品安全具有潜在的威胁,需要加强监测。
Objective To study the distribution of virulence genes of Listeria monocytogenes in imported aquatic products. Methods Sixty-six Listeria monocytogenes from imported fish from Ningbo Port were used as research objects. Nine virulence genes (prfA, iap, actA, plcB, plcA, mpl, inlB , Hly, inlA). Results Sixteen strains of Listeria monocytogenes were deleted and the other 50 strains had all the virulence genes. Among them, prfA gene was detected in 84.8% (56/66) and iap gene was detected in 93.9% (62/66) ), 95.5% (63/66) of mpl gene, 98.5% (65/66) of inlB gene and 98.5% (65/66) of inlA gene. Conclusion Almost all Listeria monocytogenes from imported aquatic products have these nine virulence genes, which pose a potential threat to food safety and need to be strengthened.
