病例摘要:患儿女,7岁。1976年9月,因高热,贫血经骨體检查确诊为急性淋巴细胞白血病。在外院以长春新碱及强的松(VP方案)治疗,3个月后骨髓检查完全缓解。近6个月来,食欲明显亢进,每天进食量达0.75kg以上,并有多饮,多尿。每日饮水量及尿量各达3000ml,并明显肥胖。自觉头昏,头痛,活动减少,视力减退。因肥胖待查于1978年8月30日转入本院。查体:体温37℃,脉搏110次/分,呼吸26次/分,血压70/50mmHg,体重33.5kg,腹围79
Case Summary: Children, 7 years old. September 1976, due to high fever, anemia confirmed by bone mass examination of acute lymphoblastic leukemia. In the outer court with vincristine and prednisone (VP regimen) treatment, 3 months after bone marrow examination completely relieved. Almost 6 months, appetite was significantly hyperthyroidism, daily intake of more than 0.75kg, and have more drinks, more urine. Daily water intake and urine volume up to 3000ml, and obviously obese. Conscious dizziness, headache, decreased activity, vision loss. Due to obesity to be investigated in August 30, 1978 into the hospital.
