品牌是市场经济的产物 ,品牌竞争实际上是名牌竞争。公交名牌既是公交企业运输产品的特色 ,又是企业素质、企业文化、企业形象的标志 ,还是提高企业核心竞争力的手段。公交企业实施品牌战略必须建立全员服务理念 ,必须以用户需求为导向 ,必须坚持以人为本 ,在提高人的素质上下功夫。
