目的对肿瘤患者化疗期间的心理状况进行调查探究,为临床干预治疗提供参考。方法对我院2014-01-2015-12接收的97例肿瘤患者作为观察组,对其化疗期间的心理状况进行调查;另外选择同时期来我院进行常规检查的97名健康体检者作为对照组,同时对心理状况进行调查;比较两组情况并进行分析。结果对照组学历、年收入、职业等情况均优于观察组患者,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。两组患者心理评分相比对照组明显优于观察组,比较存在明显差异,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论受到经济、学历等多方面因素的影响,观察组患者的心理状况普遍较对照组差,因而医护人员在和患者进行接触的过程当中应该积极关注患者的心理健康,及时进行疏导,并结合患者实际情况制定治疗方案,确保患者早日康复。
Objective To investigate the psychological status of cancer patients during chemotherapy and provide reference for clinical intervention. Methods A total of 97 patients with cancer who received in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2015 were selected as the observation group to investigate their psychological status during the chemotherapy. In addition, 97 healthy people who underwent routine examination during the same period were selected as the control group , At the same time to investigate the psychological conditions; compare the two groups and analyze. Results The educational level, annual income and occupation of the control group were superior to those of the observation group, P <0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Compared with the control group, the psychological scores of the two groups were significantly better than that of the observation group, with significant difference (P <0.05), the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Due to economic and academic factors, the psychological status of patients in observation group is generally worse than that of control group. Therefore, during the contact with patients, the health care workers should pay more attention to the mental health of patients and promptly divert them. The actual situation to develop treatment options to ensure that patients recover soon.
