四川省重庆民众化工厂1961年1月至9月,由于单纯强调客现原因,坐等客观条件变化,产品成本逐月升高,企业月月亏本。从10月份起,由于改变了思想,充分挖掘企业内部潜力,迅速扭转了亏本局面,提前超额完成了全年产量、质量、成本、利润等计划指标,可比产品成本比1960年实际降低11。26%,第4季度实现的利润除抵补1至9月亏损外,到年底还给国家上缴了3万4千多元。
