介绍了复合橡胶改性沥青SMA-13用作沥青上面结构层在崇启通道(上海段)工程中的应用状况。通过对复合橡胶改性沥青混合料配合比级配设计、沥青用量确定、材料性能等指标的研究分析,并结合实际施工和应用情况后得出,复合橡胶改性沥青具有:黏度高、优良的路面防滑性能;减少雨天行车溅水、改善视野、降低噪声,大大提高路面行车安全和舒适性;采用废旧轮胎有利于环境保护,节约自然资源。
The application status of compound rubber modified asphalt SMA-13 for construction of asphalt upper structure in Chong Kai Passage (Shanghai section) is introduced. Based on the research on the grading design, asphalt dosage determination and material property index of composite rubber modified asphalt mixture, and combined with the actual construction and application conditions, the composite rubber modified asphalt has the following characteristics: high viscosity, good Road slip performance; Reduce traffic splashing rainy days, improve visibility, reduce noise, greatly improve road safety and comfort; use of waste tires is conducive to environmental protection, conservation of natural resources.
