立足异质资源联合与联盟管理能力协调机制的视角,个案实证调查表明,大学生村官创业需要借助大学生村官联合组织的联盟管理能力优势,发挥大学生村官创业者自身的知识技能和所在地资源禀赋优势。通过大学生村官所在地的异质资源联合,加上大学生村官所在地的大学生村官群体上级管理组织和大学生村官群体的行业协会组织形成的联盟管理能力协调机制,可以助推大学生村官创业成功,从而形成以大学生村官创业为典范、当地村民为创业主体的创业集群效应,真正构建起新型农业经营体系,推进现代农业转型升级发展。
