In this paper, 30 mixed benzene workers for peripheral blood lymphocyte sister chromatid examination, the exchange rate was studied. The results showed that the SCE rate of workers exposed to benzene in high concentration mixed benzene environment was significantly higher than that of the control group, indicating that the mixed benzene could damage DNA molecules and the possibility of embroidering hair mutations. SCE is a carcinogenic, mutagenic and sensitive detection method. This experiment proved that SCE could measure the function of bone marrow cells of professional workers and could be used as an indicator of the early diagnosis of benzene hazard.
