高升采油厂“排头兵”文化是辽河油田公司“家”文化的一个重要组成部分,是凝聚着高采数代石油人的心智作品。近几年来,该厂党委为了进一步巩固和发展高升油田作为全国第一个正规开发的中深层稠油开采基地的建设成果,孜孜以求、不断探索,追述历史、展望未来,经过认真的总结、升华和提炼,铸就了能够推进高升油田又好又快发展的核心灵魂——“排头兵”文化,在管理层次上形成了新的跨越,成为了支撑高采人大胆改革、锐意进取的精神支柱,保证了采油厂连续15年原油稳产目标的顺利实现。
