[目的]了解2007至2011年科学引文索引( SCI)收录期刊发表我国眼科学研究论文的文献计量学特征.[方法]以SCI数据库为数据来源,检索我国科研人员2007至2011年5年间在SCI来源期刊上发表的所有眼科学论文,手工分检我国学者为第一作者的论文,对逐年发表论文数量、论文产出机构及发表论文的期刊及被引频次等进行文献计量分析.[结果]5年间以我国学者为第一作者发表的眼科学论文共3498篇,各年分别为478、482、698、791和1049篇.发表论文数量最多的5个机构分别是中山大学、首都医科大学、复旦大学、香港中文大学和上海交通大学.刊出论文分布在625种期刊,其中,Molecular Vision,International Journal of Ophthalmology,Investigative Ophthalmology & Visual Science,Chinese Medical Journal,Graefes Archive for Clinical and Experimental Ophthalmology分别发表332、268、206、109、104篇,位居发表论文数量前5位.3498篇论文共被引用12 030次,篇均被引3.44次.5、3、2年零被引论文率分别为12.55％、24.21％和38.43％.[结论]SCI数据库收录的我国眼科学研究论文呈逐年递增趋势.论文产出机构主要集中在高等院校的附属医院.发表论文数量前5位的期刊中,眼科学专业期刊有4份.
