就某中厚板厂钢坯输送线上的转盘辊道的设计方案及有关计算方法进行了阐述。本设计方案中旋转机构采用了销齿传动替代以往所普遍使用的渐开线圆柱齿轮传动。这种设计降低了设备制造精度要求,避免了大直径齿轮的加工,节省了投资,也使设备运行维护成本大大降低。经生产实践检验,本设备运行情况良好,经济效益和社会效益显著。
The design scheme and calculation method of turntable roller table on a medium plate mill billet conveying line are described. In this design scheme, the rotating mechanism adopts a pin gear drive to replace the commonly used involute cylindrical gear drive in the past. This design reduces the requirements of equipment manufacturing precision, to avoid the processing of large diameter gear, saving investment, but also greatly reduce equipment operation and maintenance costs. The production practice test, the equipment is running well, significant economic and social benefits.
