各位领导、各位来宾、各位代表、同志们: 今天中国岩石力学与工程学会召开成立大会,我代表中国科学院地球物理所党委向大会致以热烈的祝贺。中国岩石力学与工程学会筹备组在1981年成立以来,在陈宗基教授的指导下,在广大会员和学会干部的共同努力下,做了大量的工作,为学会的正式成立创造了条件。现在国家体改委和中国科协批准中国岩石力学与工程学会正式成立了,这是岩石力学与工程科技界一件值得庆贺的大事。
Ladies and gentlemen, distinguished guests and comrades, today China Society of Rock Mechanics and Engineering convenes the inaugural meeting. On behalf of the party committee of the Institute of Geophysics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, I extend my warm congratulation to the meeting. Since the establishment of the preparatory team of China Society of Rock Mechanics and Engineering in 1981, under the guidance of Professor Chen Zongji and with the joint efforts of the general membership and the learned cadres, a great deal of work has been done to create the conditions for the establishment of the Institute. Now the State Commission for Restructuring the Economy and the China Association for Science and Technology approved the formal establishment of China Society of Rock Mechanics and Engineering, which is a memorable event in the field of rock mechanics and engineering science and technology.
