本文从军队形象的内涵入手,借鉴前人的研究成果,结合心理学和任职建构的知识,试从基础理论的角度探析新时期军队形象的内涵以及与之相关的因子。在军队形象内涵解析的基础上,本文从多维角度探讨了军队形象的外延,包括军队形象的软实力、硬实力和个体心理倾向性,军队形象的两个基本前提和单个军人形象、有具体任务和职能的多个军人形象、个别单位或基层部队形象以及军队整体形象等。
Starting with the connotation of the army image and referring to the achievements of predecessors and combining with the knowledge of psychology and post-service construction, this article attempts to probe into the connotation of the army image in the new era and its related factors from the perspective of basic theory. Based on the analysis of the connotation of the army image, this article explores the extension of the army image from the perspective of multidimensionality, including the soft power, hard power and individual psychological tendencies of the army image, two basic prerequisites of the army image and the image of a single soldier, with specific tasks And functions of the image of multiple soldiers, the image of individual units or grassroots units and the overall image of the army.
