公共关系学,从西方引进大陆二十年来,风雨兼程,披荆斩棘,历经坎坷,备受艰辛。虽然大多数高等院校和相当多的中等学校都设置了公共关系课程,甚至设立了公共关系专业,但其学科、学术地位都是很低的。身为公关教师,不能怨天尤人,更不能孤芳自赏,而应冷静地承认现实,清醒地认清自身,理智地反省自我,从各自学校的实际出发,扎扎实实地提高公关的教学水平,以此来寻求公关学科生存的条件。我认为提高公关教学水平的一个重要途径就是要加强公关实践这个环节,强化公关学科的实用性。对于刚接触公关教学的老师来讲,加强公关实践这环节是很困雅的。现据笔者多年实践的经验,提供以下“五步”方式
