随着劳动力市场结构性变化,棉纺织企业一线职工流失越来越严重。为留住棉纺织集团的基层力量,本文以W棉纺织集团为研究对象,通过文献综述和问卷调查法收集数据并整理分析离职动因。从工作性质、企业人力资源管理方面分析高流失率的原因,并针对以上方面通过强化内部人力资源管理为主要着眼点提出解决建议。
With structural changes in the labor market, the loss of front-line workers in cotton textile enterprises is getting more and more serious. In order to retain the grass-roots power of cotton textile group, this paper takes W Cotton Textile Group as the research object, collects the data through literature review and questionnaire survey and analyzes the reasons for the departure. From the nature of work, enterprise human resources management analysis of the causes of high turnover rate, and in view of the above aspects by strengthening internal human resources management as the main focus of the proposed settlement.
