于1979——1981年在白浆土、草甸白浆土、草甸黑土和冲积砂壤土上进行了盆裁、小区和大田实验,同时辅以人工光照室内的单株水培和土培试验。查明了氟乐灵对大豆有效性结瘤和根瘤固氮活性的抑制效应及其季节动态;初步探明由于施药土层中大豆根系侧根形成和生长严重受阻,根毛消失。从而减少了根瘤菌入侵“门户”是导致大豆有效共生体系受阻抑的主要原因;由于氟乐灵对大豆整个生育期中植株生长发育和结瘤固氮产生显著的抑制影响,故在田间常用量下使大豆籽实减产11.5——15.7%,施用高剂量下(2.5公斤/公顷)则减少30%以上。氟乐灵(Trifluralin)是一种二硝基苯胺类选择性土壤处理的化学除草剂。七十年代以来已在国外广泛用于豆田和棉田的杂草防除。近年来在我国黑龙江垦区国营农场中也成为大豆田杂草防治的主要化学除草剂,其应用面积每年达数十万公顷,并日趋扩大。

Trifluralin is a chemical herbicide that is selective for dinitroaniline treatment. Since the seventies has been widely used abroad for weed control in soybean fields and cotton fields. In recent years, it has also become the major chemical herbicide for controlling weeds in soybean fields in the state-run farms of the Heilongjiang Reclamation Area. The area of its application is up to hundreds of thousands of hectares per year and is expanding.
