According to the study of many experts, scholars and government officials, since 1993, the Clinton administration has issued ten “national export strategies” that guide the U.S. exports. Regional and country strategies, which are one of the main contents of the report, mainly include the strategy of emerging markets, and Latin America Strategy and traditional export market strategy. The effectiveness of the report over the past decade has been reflected in the performance appraisal system throughout the report, the budgetary appropriation system and its impact on the development of the entire United States industry and trade.
