通过对2000年8~11月南海北部海区2个半月的ADCP流速观测资料的分析研究了观测海区的正压潮、内潮和风生近惯性内波的特征.结果表明,观测海区的正压潮和内潮均以M_2,K_1,O_1和P_1为主,这四个分潮正压潮流振幅分别为7.8,7.0,5.4和3.5cm·s~(-1);内潮的潮流振幅存在着显著的空间变化,M_2,K_1和O_1频率内潮的振幅在温跃层处均可以达到12~15cm·s~(-1),但随着深度的增加振幅减小.近惯性运动对于正压流动的贡献很小,振幅不到1cm·s~(-1),但是斜压的近惯性流动的振幅可以达到5cm·s~(-1).从提取的内潮和近惯性内波的潮流椭圆的长轴与水平方向的夹角随着深度的分布可以看出,内潮能量由深海向海表传播;而近惯性内波的能量由海表传向深海.
The characteristics of positive pressure tide, internal tide and wind-induced near-inertial internal waves in the sea area of observation area were studied by observing ADCP velocities of 2 and a half months in the northern South China Sea from August to November in 2000.
