本文认为管理科学是一门“真正的科学”。提出了管理科学的意义、研究领域和分类。讨论了管理科学研究对象的复杂性、适应我国国情的管理科学的特征、需要澄清的概念以及迫切需要解决的问题。当前需要澄清的概念主要是:1.财产所有权问题;2.民主在管理中恰当分寸的问题;3.总体和整体、竞争和竞赛的问题。而实践中迫切需要解决的是人治和法治的问题。
This paper argues that management science is a “real science.” Put forward the significance of management science, research areas and classification. It discusses the complexity of managing scientific research objects, the characteristics of management science that adapt to China’s national conditions, the concept of clarification and the urgent problems to be solved. The current concepts that need to be clarified are: 1. Property ownership issues; 2. Democratization that is appropriately proportioned in management; 3. The overall and overall issues of competition and competition. What is urgently needed to be solved in practice is the issue of people’s rule and the rule of law.
