目的研究药用植物八角枫中水杨苷的提取条件。方法在单因素实验基础上,采用Box-Behnken设计原理优化提取时间、提取次数和料液比。以出膏率和水杨苷含量的综合效应评分为响应值进行多元回归分析。结果水杨苷的最佳提取工艺条件,料液比1∶30,提取3次,每次1.5 h。结论获得的最佳提取工艺稳定可行。
Objective To study the extraction conditions of salicin in the medicinal plant Aniseed. Methods Based on the single factor experiment, Box-Behnken design principle was used to optimize the extraction time, extraction times and solid-liquid ratio. The multivariate regression analysis was performed with the composite effect score of the ointment rate and the content of salicin as the response value. Results The optimum extraction conditions of salicin, solid-liquid ratio 1:30, extracted three times, each 1.5 h. Conclusion The best extraction process obtained is stable and feasible.
