陕西省高校学报研究会第二次代表会议于1989年11月6日至9日在西安矿业学院召开。会议的主要议程是:一、第一届理事会做的工作汇报。二、选举产生了第二届理事会,我院学报副主编邬亦炯副教授当选为第二届理事会理事。会上还对陕西省高校学报编辑质量评比获奖单位颁发了奖状;表彰了在编辑岗位上辛勤耕耘并有突出成绩的优秀编辑,并颁发了证书,我院学报编辑部李祖华副编审荣获优秀编辑光荣称号。会上还表彰了优秀编辑部和荣誉编辑。会议期间,举办了学术研讨会,大家对学报工作的改革,创新以及编辑业务 The second conference of Shaanxi University Journals Research Association was held in Xi’an Mining Institute from November 6 to November 1989. The main agenda of the meeting is: First, the first council to do the work report. Second, elected the second session of the council, associate professor Wu Yijiong, vice president of our college was elected as the second council members.
