介绍了心理分离的概念、相关理论模型,梳理了心理分离的前因变量与后果变量。前因变量包括工作相关的因素,如工作压力、工作卷入、工作家庭边界;结果变量涉及生理健康、心理健康以及工作绩效三个方面。未来研究可以从个体层面、组织层面以及社会层面对心理分离的前因变量展开进一步探索,深入挖掘心理分离与结果变量之间的边界条件和中介机制,并广泛开展心理分离的干预研究。
Introduced the concept of psychological separation, the related theoretical model, sorted out the antecedent variables and consequence variables of psychological separation. Antecedents variables include job-related factors such as job stress, job involvement, work-family boundaries; and outcome variables related to physical health, mental health, and job performance. Future research can further explore the antecedent variables of psychological separation from individual level, organizational level and social level, deeply tap the boundary conditions and intermediary mechanisms between psychological separation and outcome variables, and conduct extensive psychological intervention research.
