经过易地栽培、嫁接试验、探索性防治试验及元素分析和施肥诊断等手段,证明了发生在福建省寿宁县黄山松苗针叶“紫色病”是一种由于缺镁引起的生理性病害。对不同地方土壤、气候等环境因子进行相关分析。结果表明:土壤质地较轻,有机质含量少的酸性土壤容易发病,发病季节的高温、干旱使病害发生更加严重。苗木根冠比测定结果表明较低的根冠比与黄山松苗缺镁症有较密切关系;并提出土壤改良的具体措施。
After easy cultivation, grafting test, exploratory control experiment and elemental analysis and fertilization diagnosis, it proved that “purple disease” of Huangshan pine seedling in Shouning County of Fujian Province is a physiological disease caused by magnesium deficiency. Environmental factors such as soil and climate in different places were analyzed. The results showed that acid soil with less soil texture and less organic matter was susceptible to disease, and the disease was more serious due to the high temperature and drought in the onset season. The results of seedling root-crown ratio showed that the lower root-to-shoot ratio was closely related to Mg deficiency in Huangshan pine seedlings and the specific measures for soil improvement were proposed.
