利用KIVA 3V程序对F91 2Q风冷、直喷柴油机进行了仿真研究 .仿真计算采用三维网络结构 ,计算区域包括进气道、进气阀、气缸、排气阀、排气道 .仿真计算得到的缸内压力 时间曲线和排气污染物各成份分别与试验数据进行了对比 ,结果表明仿真计算可以较好地再现实际的发动机工作过程 .在此基础上 ,利用KIVA 3V程序研究了涡流强度以及喷雾锥角对燃油喷射、蒸发和油气混合过程的影响 .仿真结果表明 :通过适当加大涡流比可以显著促进燃油蒸发和油气混合过程 ;喷雾锥角对发动机蒸发和燃烧过程有显著的影响 ,存在一个最佳的喷雾锥角使上述过程达到最优
The simulation study of F91 2Q air-cooled and direct injection diesel engine is carried out by using KIVA 3V program.The simulation calculation uses three-dimensional network structure, and the calculation area includes intake port, intake valve, cylinder, exhaust valve and exhaust passage. The results of the comparison between the pressure curves of the cylinder and the components of the exhaust pollutants with the experimental data show that the simulation calculation can reproduce the actual engine working process well.On the basis of this, the VIV intensity and the spray Cone angle on the process of fuel injection, evaporation and oil-gas mixing.The simulation results show that: by appropriately increasing the eddy current ratio can significantly promote the fuel evaporation and mixing process; spray cone angle on the engine evaporation and combustion process have a significant impact, there is a Optimal spray cone angle to the above process to achieve the best
